Start Summer off right!
Water Release Ritual - a circle for gently letting go what no longer serves
Like the pollen building up on a car in the spring, our psyches can get gunky and in need of a good rinse!
Head into summer squeaky clean in heart, mind, and spirit. Release what troubles you, letting that which no longer serves you wash away. We’ll complete the ritual by setting the stage for the goodness to come.
Come be with good people – like-minded and like-hearted women – and clear away the schnibbitty bits (that’s a technical term) that are clinging to your soul. Walk ahead with lightness and freshness
Let the water take the rest!Details:
We meet via Zoom on TUESDAY, JUNE 9th, 2026
8pm E/ 7pm C/ 6pm M/ 5pm P
Give us an hour and experience the joy or pausing and playing and growing… together!
What You’ll need:
Journal and pen
A water soluble marker such as Crayola washables
Tissue paper (1/2 a sheet will suffice)
A bowl of water (Note: if you can make it pretty, it can add to the experience, but all that’s really important is a container and the water. If all you can manage is a coffee cup and tap water, that’ll work just fine!)
Essential oil, perfume, or scented hand cream. (Note: you’re looking for a scent that’s uplifting. Anything floral would be exceptionally appropriate, but any scent you like will do)
Optional: Flowers or flower petals to float on the water and decorate your space

A bit about Paused & Playful Circles
Back in January of 2025, Spirit challenged me to hold 13 online circles… juuuust to see how it would go, It said. Mm-hmmm…
The deal was, I didn’t have to do anything else for my business, but if I did – it was icing on the cake.
The point of the circles was to prove they’d be meaningful - to the participants as well as myself, that the technology could support the kind of intimacy and connection I hoped to give my people, and to grow my capacity as a space holder extraordinaire!
10 circles in and I’m pleased to report that all of these things are true and more!
I’ve landed with “Paused & Playful Circles,” not just because the best attended circles were the ones with an element of whimsy (like the Blanket Fort of your Heart circle) but because I believe that what this moment calls for isn’t anything heavy-handed or demanding.
This moment calls for joy and a light touch.
But don’t be fooled by the name – these circles offer self-awareness and growth, and the community you need integrate them.
Hello & Welcome
My name is Deborah Globus, and I am a space holder extraordinaire! I create communities and spaces for curious, and kind-hearted souls… just like you. Inside those spaces you’ll find a sense of safety and the support you need to grow and flourish.
