Upcoming eventsInto the Mandala - a circle for spiraling forward
It starts with a question… and the need for an answer.
Simple, efficient… or so we hope.
What comes next is often a muddle.
Too many thoughts, too many repeating patterns, too many voices.
The easeful answer is lost in the fray of our noisy brains.
What's needed is a roadmap - a path to follow.
May's Paused and Playful Circle offers just that: a streamlined way through from query to clarity!
Bring:
your question
your curiosity
your longing for self-awareness
your desire for growth
Leave with:
clarity, awareness, assurity,
maybe even an answer
possibly just an approach
definitely more than you came with

Psst! Some folks have been having trouble with the cart. Once you click the button, you’ll need to take the next step and click on the lil’ shopping cart up in the righthand corner. From there you’ll be able to pay and then download the Zoom info you’ll need for the circle!
It’s easy (despite my mom’s reservation’s)
It’s fun
It’s revealing
So join me for 3rd person fairy tales in circle on April 14th on Zoom at 8pm Eastern
You’ll need:
pen and paper/journal
An oracle deck (especially animals) is a plus, but if you don’t have one, I’ve got you covered!

*PS Little darlin’, it’s been a long cold lonely winter (The Beatles)
4 weeks of being sick while also caretaking a sick ma have me struggling to get back to things.
Spring teased us with three glorious days on Long Island and even though it’s back down in the 30s, it got me hopeful.
Then two people asked me today if there was a circle planned for April and that’s a wee bit more hope and connection right there.
Focus is still elusive – hence this down and dirty sales page (and email.)
The 14th will be a welcome pause from the outside world (where the horrors still persist.) It will be light and playful. Which is not to say it can’t also be illuminating and transformative – it will.
Just in a gentle sort of way that my our nervous systems crave these days.
Like all the other circles I’ve hosted over the past 13 (!!) months – only this month I’m naming it, calling out what I do. And what we do together.
February's Threshold - a circle for stepping into 2026
Why step into the new year in February?
Because the one thing we want to be absolutely sure that we bring into 2026 is our full, embodied selves. All of ourselves: the good and the not so good, the blessed and the bloody, the loving & laughing and the rage & pain, the hopes and the hurts.
All of it.
All of you.
And I’m here to hold your hand while we do it.
Tending the Sacred Ordinary - a circle for blessing your beloved body
How do you turn putting lotion on your hands into a sacred rite?
You join January 20th’s circle: Tending the Sacred Ordinary – a circle for blessing your beloved body!
At the Closing of the Year - a circle for celebrating YOU in 2025
Who is this for?
This is for those who know sense.
Those who understand the sacred importance of closing the year mindfully—with slowness, sweetness, and grace.
Because here’s the truth:
When we celebrate what’s been accomplished, we naturally increase our capacity to create more.
It’s hard to beat yourself up when you’re holding real data that says: You did the damn thing.
That data? It clears the ominous gray cloud.
It anchors you in truth.
It shows you how much actually did get done.
Bless This Mess - a circle for blessing your beloved home
Our living spaces
Our homes
Our sanctuaries
Let’s pause and focus on all that is good and lovely in our homes. Let’s practice the art of crafting and bestowing blessings.

Bone Deep - a circle to rekindle the Spirit of Rest
Are you struggling with what true rest even is?
What genuinely nourishes the soul. What quiets the heart enough to hear its own needs.
Me, too, and while I don’t have answers, I have something more useful.
I have a tried-and-true way to carve out space - physical, energetic and spiritual “space” - in which we can hear the excruciatingly quiet whisper telling us how to rest our weary bones.
I have circle…
