Guilt is a complex and slippery emotion
Once you can name your guilt, you know how to work with it and release it, reducing your anxiety and increasing self-esteem.
Guilt lies and makes you feel bad about yourself
Once you shake free of it, you begin to believe you deserve to take action on your own behalf.
Guilt keeps you separated from your authentic self
It makes it damned near impossible to sense and honor your true needs and desires. With guilt out of the way, you have access to your full range of emotions.
Guilt is insidious
But with awareness and regular practice it can become an early warning system that alerts you – gently but firmly – when you’re out of alignment.
My method is more than a one-off, quick fix.
It’s about banishing guilt’s emotional residue in order to create the inner spaciousness to know what you need and develop a sense of self-worth so you can make decisions and take action with ever-increasing ease.
